

Cripple Creek Victor Net, LLC/CCVNet is a community
partnership owned by Tim Edgar and Ruth &
Jon Zalewski. The partners joined forces in the
fall of 2002. Our goal is to provide quality, reliable internet connectivity
with a level of tech support and customer service above and beyond the norm.

CCVNet is a community development project designed to enhance existing business
and residential internet use as well as help attract new businesses and
residents to southern Teller County. We have a variety of customers from casinos
to local government, residential and home office users.

How does CCVNet wireless radio service work?
Cripple Creek Victor Net utilizes current state of the art wireless networking equipment.
CCVNET uses secure wireless 2.4 GHz & 5.7/8 GHz Microwave Radio (Unlicensed Band) signals to broadcast internet connections to customers.
High Speed Internet Access Typically refers to speeds of 256Kbps and higher or roughly 5 to 30 times the speed of a modem.
The service provides reliability suitable for always on connections that can accommodate secure data transmission and connections that can support web surfing, email, and virtual private networks (VPN).
The service operates via a hard line connection to the Internet at the Base Station Locations.
The Base Station Radios Broadcast to Customer
Substation; then Point to Point Radio connections broadcast to other Base
Station locations.
